The malolactic fermentation is completed at a later date.

Tasting notes:

This wine is intense ruby red and has a fresh and fruity aroma with a prevalence of red berries. It is balanced with soft and rounded tannins. This wine can be served with Tuscan starters, first courses, white and red grilled meat. It is also a perfect partner for soft and mature cheese.
